Sealpette Variable Volume

Sealpette single-channel pipettors are a lightweight design with a slimline tip ejector. There are eight different specially designed, variable volume manual pipettors. Volume adjustment is easily obtained by turning the light, but positive, thumb-activated plunger mechanism. The selected volume is shown on the large, clear display on the hand grip. Eight models cover the volume range from 0.1µl to 5000µl. The 480-000NM is a special pipettor - it uses an ultra-microvolume tip for microvolume pipetting and is also supplied with a tip ejector collar that allows the pipettor to be used with the larger 300µl Sealtips.

Sealpettes are calibrated according to ISO/DIS 8655. Each pipettor passes a stringent quality control program and is supplied with its own certificate, detailing its serial number, accuracy and precision. The Sealpette™ tip cone is supplied with a standard filter for protection against pipettor contamination by aerosol or over-pipetting, except the 0.1–2.5μl and 0.5–10μl models. There are two types of replacement filters available; The Standard filter for general applications and the Plus filter for more demanding applications such as molecular biology, cell culture, bacterial and virological work.
